Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and changes effectively.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification is preferred.
12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to Oil & Gas projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
