Spectacular Event Management DMCC is a Dubai-based, leading company specializing in providing creative design and build solutions for exhibitions. We help our clients achieve optimal results through exceptional trade show experiences, event production, conferences, and interior design & fit-out services.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) branch. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' projects, from initial concept to final execution.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including budget, schedule, and resources. Collaborate closely with the design team, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of all project elements. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the event or exhibition industry. Engineering background is required. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello) a plus. Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
