Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide high-level consultancy on project planning, execution, and project delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets, to ensure successful project implementation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project requirements and establish clear communication channels. Oversee the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables, taking proactive measures to address any issues or delays. Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise potential disruptions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among project team members. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. Proven experience 4 - 7 years as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or relatable industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing scope, schedule, and budget effectively. Excellent organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
