Pico Play is a global company specialised in delivering themed attractions and entertainment for theme parks, nature parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, surf parks and experiences. We're expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia and looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to oversee the delivery of design and construction works on a range of exciting themed-attraction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with design team, engineers, and contractors to establish project plans and ensure all stakeholders are aligned. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Manage any issues that arise during the construction phase, providing technical support and problem-solving solutions. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Oversee the procurement process, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Provide facilities management support post-project completion, ensuring operational requirements and maintenance standards are met. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the theming industry. Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical support skills. Experience in procurement and vendor management. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
