Key Objectives
To ensure the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget.
To undertake periodic reviews to make sure that projects are on track.
To update project documentation consistently and convey them to the management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and issues to ensure satisfaction with progress.
Manage teams of employees that include architects, engineers, programmers, designers,
project managers, and other specialists who work together to complete projects within time frames and budgets.
Review project proposals to ensure that clients' needs are met and understand the scope of work that will be completed.
Oversee all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets, managing personnel, and resolving problems that arise.
Develop and implement project plans, including creating schedules and milestones to track progress.
Coordinate with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within an organization.
Prepare reports detailing progress made on projects or outcomes of specific tasks within a project.
Coordinate with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in architecture - Masters desirable.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Software skills - MS Project and/or Primavera P6; Knowledge of MS Office & Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
Member of UAE Society Engineers & AIA (preferred) and PMI (highly regarded). Registration with the home country's professional body is highly regarded.
Experience
Previous experience in an office environment in a similar role.
Experience in multiple design stages under a team leader/supervisor.
Understand the project management methodologies and advanced Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop risk management strategies.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and cost control measures.
Proficient in creating project schedules using software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Analyse project data to make informed decisions and report on project performance.
15-20years of experience.
