Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor FirstPoint Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Renovations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing small to large-scale projects across all sectors including Residential, Workspace, Hospitality, and Retail in Dubai. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of renovation and interior design projects, working closely with interior designers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the interior design team to align project goals with creative visions.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.

Client Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or modifications promptly.
Foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Contractor Management:
Source, evaluate, and select contractors, ensuring they meet the company\'s standards.
Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

Budgeting and Cost Management:
Develop accurate project budgets, considering all aspects of materials, labor, and other associated costs.
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
Timeline Management:
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within established deadlines.
Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
Prioritize tasks to optimize project efficiency and delivery.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality standards for all aspects of the project.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. Managing fit-out projects in Dubai involves complying with various forms, registration, specific requirements may vary based on the nature and scale of the project which the project manager must have extensive knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in renovations and interior design projects in Dubai.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s construction regulations and industry standards.
