• Actively contribute to the acquisition and development phases of energy-related projects, leveraging knowledge of energy constraints and system principles.
• Analyze workload, prioritize tasks, and issue status reports, identifying potential bottlenecks and solutions.
• Communicate project expectations and specific client requirements to the team, ensuring clarity on energy system goals.
• Define project success criteria, with a focus on energy and system performance, and communicate them to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage energy-related projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, focusing on energy constraints, electrical transmission, and generation systems.
• Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Proactively identify risks related to energy and system performance and develop contingency and mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing potential issues while maintaining focus on energy system performance.
• Mentor and lead project teams and subcontractors, fostering accountability and a focus on successful project outcomes.
• Continuously refine project management tools and methodologies, incorporating lessons learned and best practices in energy and electrical projects.

Qualification
-----------------

• Have a minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably in Engineering and Consulting roles.
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in discipline engineer role and 5-6 years of experience as Project Engineer.
• Have a minimum in bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field from a recognized University.
• PMP certification preferred.
