To plan and manage the POS rollout that also has ERP integrations. This position will partner with teams from the business, finance and information technology. This position will involve managing a project plan, a budget, project risks and also a project team.A programme manager will oversee the project management lifecycle process. The POS Project Manager must develop a plan of action to get the project delivered working closely with the POS Partner.Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Provide project management for POS rollout ready for Apps and Infra Programme to deliver the new ERP solution.
Provide weekly status reporting.
Manage the performance of Field Engineers focusing on retail on ground roll out.
Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
Manage project risks and issues and maintain project documentation
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
7+ years of project/program management, with at least 4 years of experience in complex SAP ERP transformations, cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.Previous experience in a project management role / implemented ERP SaaS solution across a multi-industry organization, across POSProven experience as a Program Manager - PgMP\xc2\xae and PMP\xc2\xae (or similar) certifications would be an added advantageKnowledge in Oracle xStore POS implementationKnowledge of Oracle (RMSv14) desirableKnowledge of SAP desirableHave strong knowledge of processes across multiple business functions.Proven knowledge of technical, commercial and organizational issues that impact Program strategy and planningAdditional Information
