Title:Project Manager (PMC Role)

Location of Mobilization: Abu Dhabi / UAE The high-level job description is as follows: Position: Project Manager Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale gas processing plant projects valued at over USD 1 billion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the FEED and EPC phases of gas processing plant projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering; a master's degree in engineering is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in project management, specifically in gas processing plant FEED and EPC projects. Proven experience in managing projects valued over USD 1 billion. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Professional certification, such as PMP, is highly desirable. Language: Native proficiency in English
