Job Overview:Dar Labs seeks a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who will play a critical role in shaping and managing our key projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting strategic frameworks, developing and managing operational models, and overseeing the design and development of innovative facilities and the development of online applications both on the ground and online. This position is designed for growth, with the potential to transition into the role of VP of Operations.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and Present Strategic Frameworks: Create comprehensive strategic plans that outline project goals, timelines, resources, and implementation steps. Present these frameworks to senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure buy-in.
• Operational Planning: Design detailed operational models for projects, including process flowcharts and role descriptions, to ensure efficient execution and management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure relevant compliance, secure all necessary regulations and approvals needed for project progression.
• Interior Design and Theming: Work closely with contractors and interior designers to develop and finalize blueprints and 3D visualizations of themed environments that are both functional and engaging.
• Subcontractor Management: Partner with subcontractors to manage the design and delivery of specialized services, ensuring that all plans and execution strategies align with Dar Labs\' mission and values.
• Project Coordination and Oversight: Oversee all aspects of various projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management. Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields, with proven experience in project management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, securing permits, and approvals.
• Exceptional leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate, with the ability to adapt communication styles for engaging diverse audiences including Gulf Arab, Mainstream American, and International Western Muslim stakeholders.
• Experienced professional with a proactive attitude, knowledgeable in fields such as Education, Leadership, Psychology, and Wellbeing, staying abreast of the latest trends, tools, and market developments.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Notion, Jira) and office software (e.g., MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
