The Role

Are you a hands-on Project Manager with expertise in natural stone installations? Our client, a specialist construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Site Based Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a large high-end natural stone package for a prestigious project. Key Responsibilities: o Manage all on-site activities related to the installation of natural stone, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. o Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution. o Oversee material handling and finishing to ensure a flawless installation. o Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest quality control standards. o Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project specifications. o Troubleshoot technical and site challenges, implementing solutions efficiently. o Report progress to senior management and liaise with design and procurement teams.



Requirements

Requirements:

o 10+ years of experience in site-based project management within the construction or fit-out industry. o Expertise in natural stone installation, including marble, granite, and high-end finishes. o Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively. o Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations. o Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
