Job Description

Project Manager will oversee the construction of steel structure throughout our several projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall operation, ensuring project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Lead contractor and subcontractor teams to ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
• Prepare project reports, track milestones, and manage project budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of steel fabrication experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of structural steel engineering, project planning, and site execution.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Fluent in English ; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

• Metallic Construction/Building System Industry: 5 years (Required)
