Job Description

MEP System has to analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
Review project plans, specifications, and contractor work.

Identify and resolve MEP design and construction issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project requirements.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee MEP system testing, commissioning, and close-out documentation.

Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team.
Monitor & report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion with desired standard of safety.

Plan & ensure optimum use of resources & monitor use against budget. Implement & enforce work schedule, completing 100% of task on time or earlier.

Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with MEP installations or general projects to the General Manager. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5yrs successful professional MEP Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

Thorough understanding of building codes and standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Proven track record on completing projects.
