The Role

Marine & Civils' Project Manager that can lead a Bid handling all technical aspects to success. Then do you have the skills to deliver a project worth 600 Million AED that consists of breakwater, marine structures and dredging? Our Client: Leading Heavy Civil Engineering & Marine Contractor that operate across all 7 Emirates of the UAE This Leading Main Contractor has 32 Years successful trading handling projects from 50 Million to 2.1 Billion AED. They possess an impressive client list and have full design and build capability to offer projects across Oil & Gas, Bridges, Jetties, Loading Facilities , Revetment works, Dredging & large scale earthworks 7 Live projects underway at present with 3 projects at final negotiation stage for Q1 & Q2 2025. You will have the confidence, people skills and technical knowledge to drive a major tender and also deliver on site. Our client sees this person having 15 Years Post Graduate experience having come up through the Ranks as a Civil Site Engineer - Agent and so on. They expect you to be able to pull apart a program , look at technical aspects and able to propose solutions to save both time & cost.



Requirements

Following is CRITICAL o Degree Educated - Civil Engineering o Solid International Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractor's that understand safety, risk & cost o A solid career history that shows success and project completions Is this you? o Self-Starter & results focused o Enjoying working with people and leading a team o Strong commercial, technical & risk awareness o Tenacious when needed o Possess strong communication skills both up and downstream Benefits Provided o Lump sum AED Monthly figure up to 62,000 o Family Status , Flights , Medical & Life Cover o 30 Days Paid Annual Leave
