Job Title: Project Manager - Marbles Trading & Installation

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our marble trading and installation company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects within the construction or marble industry, with the ability to handle complex timelines and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of marble trading and installation projects, from planning to completion.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular progress updates.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

• Facilitate the project-specific procurement of sub-consultants and coordinate and manage their performance and deliverables for selected projects.

• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Should have excellent English, verbal and written communication skills & Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or marble industry (mandatory).

• Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of marble materials, trading processes, and installation techniques is an advantage.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
