are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and experience in event and exhibition projects, coupled with a sound understanding of interior design principles. Responsibilities: . Manage projects from initial concept through to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. . Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. . Interpret technical drawings and specifications, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, to ensure accurate implementation of designs. . Oversee site handling and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution. . Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively. . Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. . Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. . Proactively identify risks and challenges and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions. Requirements: . Proven experience in project management, preferably within the joinery, event, or exhibition industry. . Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to interpret and understand technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. . Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, with a keen eye for detail. . A valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
