Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our landscaping projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the landscaping or construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish within budget and timeline constraints. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and expectations for landscape design and execution. Manage project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders, and ensure effective communication. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as needed. Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with safety standards and company policies. Prepare and present project updates to clients and management, including timelines, risks, and budget reports. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes. Minimum Requirements:

Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in landscaping or a related field. Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, designs, and materials. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
