We are seeking a highly qualified Professional Kitchen Project Manager to join our team and lead the technical coordination of our installation projects.Job Responsibilities:
Design and technical coordination of kitchen installation projects.
Lead and facilitate various design activities and projects across the GCC region.
Manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.
Prepare material specifications and Detailed Bills of Quantity for equipment.
Develop MEP and exhaust flow rate requirements.
Attend weekly progress meetings with clients and main contractors, providing updates on project status.
Review custom fabrication drawings and supplier specifications for client approval.
Support sales by providing input on value engineering and specification details.
Resolve installation issues at project sites due to unexpected changes.
Assist technicians during testing and commissioning, keeping clients updated on progress.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working on kitchen contracting projects/companies.
Proven track record in project management for commercial kitchen construction or renovation projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate project teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of food service authority rules and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and stainless steel custom fabrication experience.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Certification in project management is a plus.
Bachelors degree in engineering and 8-10 years experience in a similar role for kitchen contracting companies.
