Job Description

We seek an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in Joinery.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

2. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.

5. Assign tasks to team members and ensure proper delegation of responsibilities.

6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues or challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any changes to the project scope.

8. Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery and proactively implement solutions.

9. Ensure that joinery work meets quality standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

10. Mentor and supervise junior staff members to support their professional growth and development

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 4 years of joinery project management experience in the UAE, preferably in a manufacturing or joinery company.

2. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing joinery projects from start to finish.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

6. Energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and career advancement.

7. Proficiency in project management tools and software to plan, track, and report on project progress.

8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction and joinery work.

9. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.
