1. Responsible for managing, executing and completing Al Jada & Masaar Projects.
2. Reviewing and understanding architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
3. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that joinery products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
4. Conducting quality control inspections of joinery products throughout the production process, including incoming materials, in-process production, and final products.
5. Supervise, monitor the site labor force, manage the work of any subcontractors, and ensure their work meets quality standards.
6. Identifying and resolving quality issues, including non-conformances, defects, and deviations from customer specifications.
7. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
8. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
10. Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues to identify the underlying causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
11. Preparing Cost variation report before & After Executing Project.
12. Coordinate with the Consultant's representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
13. Developing and maintaining quality records and documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports.
14. Site Progress Checking and Quality Supervision as per company standards.
15. Providing guidance and training to production staff on quality control procedures and techniques.
16. Coordinating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and project management, to ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
17. Manage and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
18. Participating in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices in quality assurance and quality control.
19. Performs other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
5 - 10 Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
To be successful as a Joinery Project Manager, candidates should be Westerner/European with a strong understanding of joinery production processes and quality control techniques, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A degree in engineering, woodworking, or a related field is typically required, along with relevant experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in the joinery industry.
