Role: Project Manager - IT Managed Services

Location - On-Site, Dubai

Employment : 12 months Contract (extendable depends on business requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing Business Applications Support to Group entities, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, Policies and Procedures; managing the transition of digital solutions to the Application Support framework and supporting the onboarding of group entities.
• Leading and driving Solutions for Managed Services Deals, primarily focused on Managed Services for IT Infrastructure and Staff Augmentation
• Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best practices.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, to address operational requirements and service delivery issues.
• Implementing automation and optimization strategies to improve operational performance and reduce manual effort.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations performance, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Process and Framework Management
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
• Monitoring and managing SLAs for IT operations support, ensuring that service delivery meets agreed-upon performance targets and quality standards.
• Leading and assisting in the development of IT Infrastructure managed services including IT Operations, IT Service management, Data Center Management, Network Operations, End User Support and customer management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience Required:

Proven work experience of minimum 6-7 years as a Project Manager or similar role
