Position: Interior Fitout Project Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in ID fitout, Joinery, MEP & Civil.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the entire fitout process. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Collaborating with clients, architects, designers, project engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.

Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the fitout process.

Perform overall quality control of the work and regularly report on project status & updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and progress.

Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, represent them in the field.

Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

? Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an interior fitout project engineer.

? Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and industry standards.

? Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices & performance standard.

? Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

? Excellent communication, decision making and leadership abilities.

? Excellent knowledge of design & visualizations software such as AutoCAD.

? Advanced MS office skills.

? Project management & supervision skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively in multi disciplined projects & multi cultural team-oriented environment.

?Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.

? UAE driving license is mandatory.
