Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Interior Fit-Out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a dynamic and highly organized professional who can manage resources, schedules, and client relationships effectively while adhering to all project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from design through to completion, ensuring project objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal deployment of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Scheduling & Monitoring: Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking project progress against timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all project activities are conducted in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations (HSE), and contractual obligations.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal resources, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify and address project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, or quality issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, highlighting key milestones, potential challenges, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Interior Fit-Out industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the UAE.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of construction processes, resource management, and project delivery.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• UAE Market Experience: Previous experience working in the UAE market is mandatory.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
