PROJECT MANAGER - Interior Fit out

Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional event concepts and execution.

Interpret client needs to create effective pitch solutions, leading a team in responding to complex briefs and presenting budget drafts.

Monitor project budgets, production, and collaborate with departments to prevent discrepancies.

Deliver services on time, ensuring smooth project management and operational processes.

Manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company margins.

Schedule resources and materials based on project progress.

Stay updated on trends to keep solutions innovative and relevant.

Identify and engage top suppliers at competitive rates.

Manage multiple projects, balancing client demands and internal collaboration.

Evaluate and manage external vendors as needed.

Propose creative ideas and themes, conduct research, and offer recommendations.

Control event costs, track budgets, and provide post-event analysis.

Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative company culture.

Share best practices and ensure continuous improvement across teams.

Contribute to value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
