The Role
This opportunity is with a luxury interior design company. In this position you would be responsible for the following: Main Responsibility: o Oversee end-to-end execution of high-profile client projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Project Planning & Initiation: o Collaborate with sales and design teams to define project scope, budget, and timeline. Develop comprehensive plans with milestones, resource allocation, and client expectations. Organize project kickoff meetings and set up tracking systems. Client Communication & Relationship Management: o Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and improve future projects. Execution & Coordination: o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project components meet client requirements and quality standards. Manage site surveys, material deliveries, and installation timelines. Address project risks, delays, and scope changes. Supplier Coordination: o Liaise with suppliers to ensure material availability and delivery schedules. Manage relationships with contractors, addressing supply chain issues and maintaining project flow. Budget & Financial Oversight: o Monitor budgets and expenses to stay within financial targets. Approve invoices and collaborate with finance to manage payment schedules and cash flow. Quality Control & Site Supervision: o Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee inspections and address on-site issues. Project Documentation & Handover: o Maintain up-to-date project documentation, prepare handover materials, and ensure clients are satisfied with final deliverables. Conduct project handover, addressing any outstanding items.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies: o Strong project planning and organizational abilities with experience managing complex projects. o Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. o Proficient in project management software, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems (Odoo ERP experience a plus). o Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and risk management expertise. o Effective communicator and negotiator, adept at managing multiple stakeholders. Other Attributes: o Professional with discretion in handling sensitive client information. o Proactive in risk management and problem-solving. o Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements. o Committed to quality and client satisfaction.
