Position Overview: As our Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of waterproofing projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in the waterproofing industry, who excels at managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage waterproofing projects from initial consultation to completion
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining customer satisfaction
• Prepare detailed project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
• Ensure all materials and equipment are on-site and meet project specifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in waterproofing or related field (preferably with hands-on experience)
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
