Overview:The opportunityThe Project Manager plays a crucial role in aligning the project with the overall organization designing strategies to integrate various teams into a collaborative DevOps environment. This role will act as a bridge between business, product and technology by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely product development and delivery while adhering to pre-defined standards.Core42 is the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group\xe2\x80\x99s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries. Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and modify Agile project plans, ensuring timelines, budget and deliverables are accurately tracked.
• Provide support and guidance to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented
• Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary.
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance.
• Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor team members on Agile values and principles.
• Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements that help accelerate cloud adoption and support initiatives to scale through partners.

Qualifications:To qualify for the role you must have

• Knowledge of DevOps principles \xe2\x80\x93 A thorough understanding of Agile and iterative development, CI/CD, automation, and stakeholder management is essential
• Communication and collaboration \xe2\x80\x93 Strong skills in these areas are vital for breaking down silos between teams and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned towards common goals.
• Technical Aptitude \xe2\x80\x93 An In-depth understanding of tools like version control system, continuous integration services, and deployment automation tool is necessary
• Prior experience in delivering Cloud Infrastructure, Datacenter migration, product development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, agile delivery with success stories of delivery good products.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management involving cloud computing services.
• Agile, Scrum master certifications PMI / Prince2 certifications

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need:

• In-depth market and domain knowledge of cloud technology.
• Agile tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins\xe2\x80\xa6etc)
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
