Project Manager Infrastructure
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all infrastructure milestones are met on schedule.
- Ensure project deliverables including writing technical reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, drafting correspondence, tracking project cost and submitting progress reports.
- Oversee budget management, including cost estimation, monitoring, and adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and procurement processes, ensuring quality resources are secured at competitive prices.
- Utilize project management software for tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction practices and materials.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and records of progress for accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 12+ Years of experience.
- Immediate joining preferred
