The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating project operations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to industry best practices in ICT, ELV, and AV system implementation.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring quality control, cost management, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee project progress, supervise installations, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely material orders, labor planning, and subcontractor arrangements.
- Conduct regular project inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Monitor cost management, including budget adherence, payment applications, certifications, and variation order approvals.
- Ensure engineering and design compliance with local authority regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
- Assign and manage QA/QC staff to maintain high-quality project performance.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies in all project phases.
- Lead project meetings, provide reports, and ensure proper documentation upon project completion.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field (IT, Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related).
- PMP certification is required.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in ICT, ELV, and AV project implementation.
- Hands-on experience in structured cabling, security systems, AV solutions, and ICT installations.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and project execution best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and QS & QC processes.
