Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Our client is in search of a project manager who will take responsibility for conducting thorough studies on project duration and labor costs, analyzing material expenses, coordinating supply deliveries, overseeing labor payments, and providing contractors with guidance on legal and contractual matters.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by regularly engaging with key decision-makers, while also pursuing opportunities to secure new contracts.

- Thoroughly review contract documents to understand client requirements and ensure project execution aligns with contractual scope.

- Conduct on-site field reviews and inspections of assigned projects, proposing improvement plans to clients for approval.

- Ensure all projects receive necessary support and services for successful completion.

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of all projects under your supervision.

- Execute projects according to established work schedules and contractual obligations.

- Efficiently manage project resources, including manpower and equipment, to achieve contract completion within budget and schedule, while prioritizing safety.

- Monitor project performance continuously, implementing timely preventive and corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with supervisors to monitor and develop the skills of on-site employees.

- Take responsibility for administration, contractual, technical, and financial matters related to projects, coordinating with General Manager and Operations Manager as necessary.

- Establish and maintain project folders on the server, ensuring all relevant documents are organized and accessible.

- Implement and interpret department policies, standards, and procedures.

- Plan and oversee employee training to address identified skill gaps and support organizational growth.

- Follow proper channels for forecasting and resource allocation, seeking approval from Operations Manager as needed.

- Evaluate the performance of supervisors operating on project sites and provide feedback to HR.

- Utilize historical project data to inform future tendering processes.

- Review inquiry documents, specifications, and drawings for discrepancies, seeking clarification from clients and attending pre-tender meetings as required.

- Prepare bids and estimates, including construction schedules, manpower and equipment requirements, and material needs, in collaboration with General Manager and Operations Manager.

- Implement and oversee Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards across all project locations.

- Maintain regular communication with project teams

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the relevant field.

- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of diverse sizes and successfully guide them through to completion.
