To be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing timelines, budgets, and resources. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and successfully delivering projects.LOCATION: The role is based in Abu Dhabi. Frequent travel to Iraq is required.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project milestones and set clear goals.Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address and resolve these challenges.Communicate project progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns as they arise.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance.Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Oversee project closure activities, including final deliverables, project evaluation, and lessons learned. QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with expertise in costing and technical data analysis.
• Experience in managing projects in the Energy sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
