We are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in large-scale project management, specializing in delivering technology-based solutions such as cloud infrastructure, storage, network, IT security, and digital health services within healthcare environments.
Project Initiation and Liaison: Drive the project initiation phase, liaising with strategy, commercial, and finance teams to develop proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) as required.
Project Planning: Prepare and update project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets, adapting to changes during execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives across the project lifecycle. Conduct inclusive requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Budget Management: Effectively manage project cost budgets, coordinating with finance, commercial, and procurement teams to align invoicing milestones with contractual commitments.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate resource utilization across programs and projects, aligning with department heads/directors for resource planning and development.
Technology Solution Evaluation: Assess components of technological solutions, ensuring alignment with interfacing technologies and seamless integration into healthcare systems, enhancing interoperability and data flow.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with internal and external parties for smooth integration of diverse technologies into healthcare services.
Communication and Coordination: Manage communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for essential communications.
Project Delivery and Reporting: Manage deliverables, issue progress and quality reports, and formulate risk mitigation plans to avoid delays. Track project progress, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
Risk Management and Feedback: Identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage risks, providing detailed feedback to stakeholders.
Methodology Development and Training: Contribute to the design and development of project management methodologies, utilizing tools and agile methodologies. Conduct training and awareness sessions.
Audit and Compliance: Monitor audit activities, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and compliance with policies and guidelines.
Governance and Control: Uphold governance and controls on all project assignments, ensuring effective delivery.
Qualifications:
Success Metrics: Includes project Cost Performance Index (CPI), variance from budgets, adjustments in project schedules, percentage of projects completed on schedule, and employee & customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Educational Background: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior-level project management, with at least 5 years in solution/project delivery within a healthcare service organization, preferably in digital, data, or technology programs.
Skills: Robust influential and negotiation skills, particularly in managing government organizations, executive leadership, and external partners. Excellent planning, organizational, communication, presentation, leadership, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
