Job Description

- Leading and managing a multidisciplinary site team, and direct contact with client project manager.


- Liaising daily with the Client and EPCM Contractor on technical, legal, and contractual matters.


- Overseeing the development and implementation of the power plant project.


- Handling all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.


- Coordinating works to ensure compliance with contract specifications within the project schedule.


- Monitoring project progress and addressing any delays.


- Approving key deliverables and making technical and commercial decisions.


- Initiating contract changes and claims against contractors.



Application Requirements:



- Experience with power plant consultants, EPC/EPCM contractors, and gas turbine OEMs.


- Experience in tendering, contracts, and plant performance in the Middle East.


- Proven track record of site-based project execution.


- Broad project management knowledge.


- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including 10 years as a Project Manager.


- Consultancy experience as a Project Manager for 350 MW and above will be an added advantage.


- GCC/UAE experience is mandatory.


- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree in the power sector is an advantage.


- PMP certification is an advantage.
