This pivotal role will oversee the seamless execution of furniture installation and fit out projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring unparalleled quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and conduct regular progress meetings.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct site inspections to uphold standards and meet client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, generate status reports, and communicate progress effectively.
• Resource Management: Allocate and monitor resources to optimize project performance, collaborating closely with procurement for timely material sourcing.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary client contact, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Relevenat Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in furniture or fit out.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management software.
