• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of contractors, site supervisors, suppliers, and designers.
• Assign tasks, monitor work performance, and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including progress updates and problem-solving sessions.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Track expenses, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular cost reports for senior management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Supervise on-site work and ensure projects adhere to the approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Address any on-site challenges and coordinate timely resolutions to avoid project delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality fit-out services.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the project progress for adherence to design and quality specifications.
• Oversee project completion, ensuring all punch list items are addressed.
• Conduct final inspections and handovers to the client.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and manuals.
