We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead our upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industry in UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.
