Job in Dubai - Project Manager - fit out ( residential )
Salary : 20.000 AED to 25,000 AED Per month + UAE Standard benefits
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field.
Commercially astute, numerate, risk-averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements.
Should have 5+ years of experience as a Fit-out manager
. Should have experience in Residential projects (Villas)
Able to work well within a team-based environment.
Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with the business timetable ?
Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. ?
Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources, and program scheduling. ?
IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, ?
Working knowledge of Autocad.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
