Job duties and responsibilities
• Capable of collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project as required.
• Capable of negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Capable of obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities as and when required.
• Capable of determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Planning all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be achieved.
• Capable of acquiring equipment and material and monitoring stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Capable of hiring contractors and other staff and allocating responsibilities.
• Capable of supervising the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and giving them guidance when required.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues as raised.
Job qualifications/requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position within the Fit-Out Industry in any GCC countries.
• Preferably candidates with a degree or qualification in Project Management.
