Job Title: Project Manager - Facade

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of facade aluminum projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and final bills.
• Follow up on final bills and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Must have proven experience as a Project Manager in the Aluminum and facade industry.
• Must have experience in final bill follow-up and ensuring timely payments.
• Preferred experience in aluminum minimal systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
