: ELV Project Manager for Metallic Equipment Technologies
Position Title: ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ELV Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of ELV projects, including design, planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Manage and coordinate multiple ELV projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead project meetings, both internally and with clients, to ensure project goals are clearly understood and met.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• ELV System Expertise:
• Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, public address systems, structured cabling, fire alarms, and building management systems (BMS).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams in the integration of ELV systems with other building infrastructure.
• Liaise with design engineers, architects, and clients to ensure ELV solutions meet project specifications and customer requirements.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Assign responsibilities, set expectations, and manage performance for the project team.
• Provide mentoring and development opportunities for junior staff.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk management plans, and financial performance summaries.
• Handle client escalations and issues related to project scope, timelines, and quality.
• Risk and Quality Management:
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure that quality control processes are followed and that project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor project performance and compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Financial Management:
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures, controlling costs, and forecasting financial performance.
• Work with procurement teams to source equipment, materials, and services required for project execution.
• Ensure project profitability by optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational expenses.
• Health & Safety:
• Ensure all projects adhere to the highest safety standards, including compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ELV projects, preferably within the metallic equipment or construction technology sectors.
• Proven expertise in the installation, integration, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and BMS.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ELV systems.
• Experience working with CAD drawings, project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and ERP systems.
