to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the UAE construction industry, local regulations, and project execution from initiation to completion. This role demands strong leadership, coordination, and project control capabilities to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project execution for high-rise buildings and villa developments across multiple sites in the UAE.
Oversee planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling of all project phases.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety protocols, and UAE building regulations.
Supervise site operations, project engineers, and site staff to maintain consistent progress.
Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and cost forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Manage contract administration including claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns and maximize resource efficiency.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
Ensure timely approvals and permits from relevant government authorities and municipalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of proven experience
in project management within the UAE construction sector, specifically with
high-rise buildings and villa projects

Strong understanding of
UAE building codes
,
municipal regulations
, and
authority approvals
(Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM, etc.).
Proficient in
project management tools
(Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
UAE Driving License preferred.
