Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE construction industry, particularly in managing large-scale building projects for a main contractor. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Lead project teams, including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Develop project plans, including schedules, resources, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, regulations, and health & safety standards.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project delays and cost overruns.

Prepare and present regular project reports, including financial updates, to senior management.

Manage procurement processes, including material selection, supplier negotiations, and cost control.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, local construction regulations, and authority approvals.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
