Job Title: Piling Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:

Site Operations Management

: Oversee all aspects of contract management on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Coordination

: Work closely with the Site Superintendent and other internal staff to ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and site progress reports.

Health & Safety

: Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.

Resource Management

: Ensure that labor, plant, and materials are supplied and utilized to maximize profit.

Planning

: Deliver appropriate planning prior to work commencing to ensure maximum efficiency from start to completion.

Client Interaction

: Liaise with external clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency

: Must be computer literate and fully conversant with MS Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.

Engineering Knowledge

: Strong background in Civil Engineering with extensive knowledge of Geotechnical and Structural Engineering, Diaphragm Walls, Soil Mixing, Displacement Piling, Cased Bored Piles, CFA, and Rock Anchors.

Communication

: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Attention to Detail

: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

: Extensive global travel may be required.
