As a Project Manager and Account Manager at our digital agency, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful execution of various web development and app projects while also managing client relationships. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

1. Project Management:



Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality websites and apps. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are achieved. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and QA testers, to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

2. Account Management:



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Cultivate strong client relationships by actively engaging with them, understanding their objectives, and identifying opportunities for additional services. Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Actively seek feedback from clients, evaluate client satisfaction levels, and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.

3. Client Retention and Revenue Generation:



Develop strategies and initiatives to foster client retention and loyalty. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop account expansion plans. Proactively engage with clients to identify their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions. Regularly review client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.

4. Quality Assurance:



Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of project deliverables to verify compliance with project requirements and industry best practices. Implement quality assurance processes and workflows to minimize errors and ensure consistency across projects. Continuously monitor and improve quality control procedures to optimize project outcomes.

5. Soft Skills and Client Management:



Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships. Proactively identify and address client concerns, providing timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction. Manage client expectations, communicating project constraints and potential challenges while offering suitable alternatives or solutions. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, both internally and externally, to facilitate effective teamwork and successful project outcomes. Display strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage project-related disagreements and reach mutually beneficial resolutions.

6. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:



Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions. Employ critical thinking and data-driven approaches to address challenges and make informed decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively anticipate potential project roadblocks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.

7. Excellent English Skills:



Possess outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ensure clear and concise communication in all written and verbal correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations. Review and edit project documentation, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to established quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, or a related field. Proven working experience in project management, specifically in a digital agency. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience with project management software and tools. Familiarity with website and app development processes. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
