We have an open vacancy for the Post of Project Manager for Roads and Infrastructure Projects. The candidates should have the required qualifications and meet the as set below: Requirements and Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of work experience in project management and design of roads and infrastructure projects. Middle East experience (in particular of UAE). Knowledge of project management and design techniques and tools. Direct work experience in project management capacity. Proficient in design and project management software. Fluent in English and Arabic Languages. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the project design from start to finish. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each, and assign individual responsibilities. Manage project accounting functions including budgeting, tracking expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project. Ensure that the design activities move according to the predetermined schedule. Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders responsible for completing various phases of the project. Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including sub-consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. Monitor the progress of the design activities regularly and hold status meetings with all concerned teams. Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards. Conduct periodic inspections of sites under construction. Ensure project documents are complete. Identify elements of project design likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Serve as a key link with clients and review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
