Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with 5-6 years of experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the given timeframe, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of interior design and fit-out projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Handle project procurement, manage vendors and subcontractors, and ensure cost control. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or risks. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience in project management within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively. In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with clients in retail, commercial, or villa sectors.
