Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

Applicant must have

Driving License and Vehicle.

Must have

5 years experience in Residential/Luxury Projects

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Arta Building Contracting LLC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion. They will be involved in expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management.

Qualifications

Experience in PALM JUMEIRAH

Experience in luxury fit-out work

Experience in project management and expediting Strong skills in inspection and logistics management Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
