Responsibilities:

The Car Wash Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of designated branches. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring quality control, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The manager will also handle administrative duties, inventory management, financial reporting, and employee training.

Operations Management:



Operations Management:*
Manage and supervise car wash staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, addressing any concerns or performance issues and ensuring a positive work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high levels of staff performance and service quality. Prepare manpower deployment plans for the branch to ensure adequate staffing levels based on operational needs, customer demand, and shift patterns. Review and validate deployment plans prepared by supervisors to ensure efficiency and alignment with branch goals. Adjust staffing as necessary to meet fluctuations in customer demand or special operational requirements. Ensure the branch is adequately manned by competent and trained car wash operators, in line with the approved operational plan. Monitor staff performance and ensure each team member is performing tasks effectively and efficiently. Address staffing gaps or shortages by hiring or adjusting shifts based on business needs, ensuring seamless operations Ensure full compliance with the code of discipline and other standard operating procedure on safety and security as enunciated by client and by the company itself. Collaborate with logistics officers to ensure the timely procurement of supplies, chemicals, cleaning materials, and car wash equipment. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs to prevent delays in service. Work with logistics officers to track deliveries and manage stock control to optimize the operational workflow.

Staff Management:*
Hire, train, and manage car wash attendants, ensuring they meet operational standards. Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively. Provide performance evaluations, coaching, and motivation to team members.

Customer Service:*
Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention. Ensure that all car wash services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Inventory & Supplies Management:*
Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other car wash materials. Order necessary supplies and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure availability of products. Ensure proper storage and use of chemicals and equipment.

Financial Management:*
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction. Prepare budgets and work to control costs while maintaining quality. Manage cash handling, daily revenue, and financial reporting.

Quality Control:*
Ensure that vehicles are cleaned according to company standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the facility.

Marketing & Promotion:*
Work with marketing teams to implement promotions, advertising, and loyalty programs. Promote additional services to increase sales and revenue.

Compliance & Safety:*
Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding water usage, waste disposal, and other environmental laws. Enforce safety protocols for staff and customers, ensuring a safe work environment.
