Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of one specific project in line with policies, procedures, EHSQ, and targets. This is a full-time site-based role. The role may incorporate foreman responsibilities on smaller projects and reports directly to a Contracts Manager or Operations Manager. Liaise daily with the Contract Manager, Client site team, Foreman, Project Engineers, and specialist sub-contractors. 2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend project start-up meetings. Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project. Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval. Raising and managing RFI's. Manage labour tracker. Subject line of all emails to include the job number at the start. Maintain a progress report weekly. Report and manage any changes/variations. Resourcing - responsible for direct and specialist sub-contractors. Liaison with main contractors and the client-based site team. Coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment. Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project. Update program gains/losses to Contracts Manager weekly. Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job. Implement the commission plan on site. Generate biweekly/monthly snag list and improvements. Manage handover process. Maintain Document Management System. Manage relevant external correspondence. Project-specific scheduling. Conduct meetings as required with Sub Contractors to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate/Coordinate with the full project team. Attend general site meetings and address action points raised. Communicate any innovative project-specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D). If you don't have a Contracts Manager on the job, you will be responsible for developing the construction and commissioning programmes.
