- Ensure accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for project portfoliosGovernance & Standards:
- Implement governance frameworks, tracking, and monitoring to align with PMO guidelines
- Manage change control processes, including scope, cost, and schedule governance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendor partners
- Identify, manage, and resolve project lifecycle challenges and risks
- Participate in automation of PMO processes to enhance efficiency
- Provide strategic insights to optimize project execution and operational efficienciesRequired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / PMO Lead in the financial services sector
- Expertise in Agile and Hybrid project methodologies for system implementation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and technology partnerships
- Knowledge of financial project accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks with strong problem-solving skills
